12-Hour Window
If you cancel within 12 hours of class start time, you’ll lose your class credit.
This helps us keep the schedule accurate and give wait-listed clients a chance to join.
30 Minutes or Less + No Shows
If you cancel 30 minutes or less before class, or don’t show up, there’s a $15 fee in addition to losing the class credit.
Tips for Success
Manage your classes quickly and easily through the Walla app (Apple + Android). Always check your notifications if you’re on the waitlist, you’ll be automatically added if a spot opens. If something unexpected comes up, reach out, we’re here to support you! We deeply appreciate your cooperation.
