Terms & Conditions
1. Intellectual Property Ownership and Protection
All materials created and owned by Joy Reformer Pilates on the Site are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. Third Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Joy Reformer Pilates is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or damages resulting from use of third-party websites.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to download materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not modify or copy materials, use materials commercially, or mirror materials on another server. This license terminates automatically if violated.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will be provided where required by applicable Oregon law. Joy Reformer Pilates may offer refunds, credits, or transfers at its sole discretion.
5. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Reformer classes require cancellation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within 12 hours, you will lose the class credit. If you cancel 30 minutes or less before class, or do not attend, a $15 fee will be charged in addition to the loss of the class credit. Joy Reformer Pilates may modify class schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel classes when necessary. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety. Workshops and special events may have separate cancellation or refund terms.
6. Membership, Auto-Renewal, Freeze Policy, and Administrative Fees
Memberships automatically renew every 28 days beginning on the date of your first class. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel or pause your membership at any time by contacting us in writing. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next renewal date. Memberships can be frozen for any reason and for any length of time. A one-time administrative fee is required to start, restart, or unpause a membership. Joy Reformer Pilates may change membership pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Why There Is a Membership Fee
Memberships offer the lowest price per class and provide flexibility without long-term contracts. The administrative fee supports account setup, maintenance, and the ability to pause or restart your membership at any time.
8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Services are for general wellness and fitness only and are not medical advice. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to participate, assume responsibility for your health, and will consult a physician if needed. You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by instructors.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks including injury or illness. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
10. Virtual Class Use
You may not record, distribute, or share virtual class links or content without written permission.
